I’m so proud to have earned endorsements from so many trail-blazing leaders like Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren, and Dolores Huerta. I'm ready to make them and the people of Los Angeles proud by fighting for our city with every fiber of my being.

Like me, Hillary remembers a world without Roe v. Wade when women were forced to travel across borders or into back alleys for health care. Those times are fresh in our memories, and right now, women are being dragged back to that dark era.

We also know how women and Americans of all stripes can come together to advocate, march, and vote to make change. Today, it’s more important than ever that we elect leaders who stand up for our rights and for our reproductive freedom. As mayor of America’s second-largest city, I will fight for every Angeleno and be a leader in the national movement to restore our rights and advance equality for all. But I can't do it alone.
