here. Recruiting a first-time donor enters both the recruiter and the first-time donor in the Contest. Winners will receive the following prizes (the “Prizes”): (1) one trip for two people to attend the Democratic National Committee-sponsored presidential debate in Los Angeles on December 19, 2019, including transportation, lodging, meals, and attendance at such debate (approximately $2,000 in value), (2) one trip for two people, including transportation, lodging, and meals, to meet Tom Steyer on the campaign trail, based on the schedules of the winner and Tom Steyer 2020 (approximately $2,000 in value) and (3) 50 tartan style neckties for 50 different winners (approximately $25 in value each). Odds of winning depend on eligible entries received. 52 prizes will be awarded out of approximately 10,000,000 notices distributed. All Prizes will be awarded. The winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held at Tom Steyer 2020 on December 12, 2019.
