We’re facing historic headwinds this year, but frankly, I’m used to it.

Inspired by my grandfather, a B-24 pilot during World War II, I decided in the fifth grade to go to the Naval Academy. I took my first oath at 18 years old.

I served for nearly 10 years as a Sea King helicopter pilot flying missions across the Middle East and Europe. The Navy has an unofficial motto: “Non sibi sed patriae.” That means “not for self, but country.” I joined the Navy because I believe in something bigger than myself.

I continued to serve my country as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, prosecuting federal cases, advising law enforcement on investigations, and working to take illegal guns off the streets of New Jersey.

One of my proudest accomplishments is being a mom of four kids (and two dogs!). 
 

I’m honored to take all of these experiences with me to Congress where I fight for New Jerseyans and work on the issues that are most important to our 11th District.

I want to keep doing this work, but I’m up for re-election this November and need your help. Our team has an important deadline the day after tomorrow, and any amount you can contribute would put us closer to our goal and in a stronger position as we approach Election Day.
