John, I have always believed that the law should be a tool for giving a voice to those who have been ignored.
In the wake of Roe v. Wade being overturned and Georgia's harsh abortion ban going into effect, it is more important than ever to have an Attorney General who will use the law as a tool for justice rather than oppression. Voters are sick and tired of attempts to legislate personal decisions, and sick of politicians like Chris Carr who have worked to advance restrictive policies.
If we want to defeat Carr, we need to maintain the resources — and that's why we must meet our end-of-month deadline in two days. John, will you pitch in $10 before Sunday? We need at least 35 supporters to step up today in order to stay on pace for our goal.

Carr publicly supported the overturning of Roe, and he immediately moved to enact Georgia's restrictive abortion ban after years of defending it. But it's abundantly clear that this law violates the right to privacy guaranteed by our state constitution.
I'll fight to overturn this unjust law, and Chris Carr won't. That's the choice Georgians have before them this year.
John, as Georgia’s Attorney General, I will always stand up for the right to choose and ensure that Georgians are not denied their right to privacy. With our fundamental rights on the ballot this November, I need your help to continue this fight for justice. Can I count on you to donate $10 today?
Thanks so much,
Jen
Democratic State Senator Jen Jordan (pronounced Jer-Dun) has spent her legal career fighting for Georgians. Because of her real-life experience in the courtroom and out of it, Jen knows that now, more than ever, we need an Attorney General who will take a stand and fight for the rights of each and every Georgian.
