I’m Tracy Mitrano, Democratic Candidate for Congress in NY-23 in 2018 and 2020. For the first time, I am reaching out in support of Josh Riley for Congress in the new NY-19.

I took on Tom Reed in NY-23 in both 2018 and 2020. While we did not win those elections, it was a battle worth fighting because the Southern Tier deserved better representation, and, due to our efforts, we did finally get an irresponsible politician to leave office.

Now, Josh is running in a brand new district that overlaps with a part of the old NY-23. I’m all-in to help him win and to secure for the people of the Southern Tier responsible representation in Congress.

As a former candidate, I know that fundraising can be the worst part of the job, but it’s also one of the most important. Funds fuel communication. Communication in a new district where there is no incumbent allows Josh the power to define himself to voters and for the electorate to engage with him about the issues that are most vital to them.
