This campaign has always been about building a movement, a coalition of working people to come together around economic justice, worker’s’ rights, reproductive justice, and all of the issues that matter most in our day to day lives.

And when we look at the endorsements Shannon has earned over the past month, we know we’re achieving that goal.

This month Shannon was endorsed by not one, but TWO incredible Building Trade Unions — Greater Boston Building Trades Unions and Massachusetts Building Trade Unions.

She was endorsed by the Massachusetts Nurses Association, representing more than 23,000 nurses and health professionals across Massachusetts.

On top of that, Shannon was endorsed by two powerhouse teachers unions — the Massachusetts Teachers Association and American Federation of Teachers, Massachusetts.

That means that altogether, Shannon is now endorsed by more than 50 unions representing more than half a million workers across dozens of industries.

But the endorsements don’t stop with unions. This month Shannon was also endorsed by some amazing folks who know what it takes to fight for the people of Massachusetts: State Representative Erika Uyterhoeven, Boston City Councilor Kendra Lara and Jay Gonzalez, 2018 Democratic Nominee for Governor of Massachusetts.

We are so proud to have the backing of so many amazing unions and diverse groups of workers and legislators, and without your support in amplifying Shannon’s vision and making it all happen, we would not have gotten this far.
