Friends, the Supreme Court is broken.

Years of manipulation from the far-right have gained them a majority of extremist justices, many of whom lied in their confirmation hearings.

We need a Congress that's ready and willing to fix the Court, and that means keeping the far-right out of the majority.

This week, I was proud to co-sponsor the Supreme Court TERMS Act, which would institute term limits for justices to help rebalance the bench and restore the public’s trust in our nation’s highest court.

We must address the legitimacy crisis currently facing the Supreme Court. This bill is a great first step.
