Dear John,

The end of term for the Supreme Court was filled with controversial decisions that will have a lasting effect on the nation. With no concern for how their decisions will harm the American people, the Trump Supreme Court’s conservative majority repeatedly decided against the best interest of those whom they are supposed to serve. It’s clear our highest Court will not protect us, and we must depend on lower courts to act in the best interest of the people. There are over 100 vacancies on our lower courts, and the clock is running out. Sign our petition urging the Senate to fill every lower court vacancy before 2023!

Gun safety, separation of church and state, the government’s ability to fight climate change, and of course abortion rights were all significantly weakened by the radical decisions the Trump Court released this term. This conservative Court chose to leave the American people to fend for themselves. We are not helpless, but we must act against this lawless court.
