Pride is back on its traditional July date, with this year?s event having the theme ?We See You?. As ever, the event aims to support and celebrate the city?s LGBTQ+ community.
The parade will start at 11.00am from Listergate, and if you would like to participate, you are asked to arrive from 10.00am. The parade will then proceed to Albert Street, Beastmarket Hill, Long Row, Pelham Street, George Street and finish at Broad Street.
Lead by an iconic fire engine from Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service, the parade will feature carnival marching bands, Nottingham Samba Collective and Can Samba. Whether you are one of the thousands participating or simply watching along the route you can be sure to enjoy one of the city's most vibrant and colourful events.
From 12.00 noon there will be?an eclectic line-up of Nottingham singers, dancers, speakers, performers and DJs on stage on Heathcoat Street.?Acts performing on the day include singer and dancer Jamie Fuxx; singer-songwriter Rob Green; singer-songwriter Tom Aspaul; singer Bexx; Britney Spears tribute act*?*Michaela Weeks and David Bowie tribute band Miss Bowie and the New Killer Stars.
There?ll also be a DJ set from Charity Shop Sue, comedy from Scream Queens, a performance from poet, performer and writer Ravelle-Sad? Fairman, and speeches from Labour MP for Nottingham East, Nadia Whittome, and local LGBTQ+ activists.
There will be lots of more for Pride-goers to see and enjoy throughout the day including the 40 stall Pride Market on Goosegate.

The East Midlands? biggest free summer festival is just one week away, returning to Nottingham?s Victoria Embankment with over 250,000 visitors expected.
The festival features a wide range of fun for all ages. Music is, as ever, a big part of the festival with three massive live music stages. There will be a whole mile of fairground rides, games and attractions along the banks of the Trent plus numerous street food and drink vendors, a Riverside market and all kinds of river based activities from dragon boat racing to the annual duck race.
One of the most popular elements of the festival is the fireworks display.? The 10-minute display, which sees crowds of up to 40,000 lining the Trent to watch, will now take place on both nights ? Friday and Saturday at 10:30pm.
The full line up and set times for the festival?s three live music stages will be announced next week but will include number one artist, Dr & The Medics (Fri),Maroon Town (Sat) and King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys .(Sun).
The best way to get to the event is by public transport but if you are bringing a car, pre-book parking and save ?2 and get parked more quickly using the priority access to the car park.?

The Hundred is an exciting, fast-paced, family-friendly, cricket format, launched last summer. Each game day features two matches, with the men's and women's teams competing.?
Trent Bridge is set to host four more Trent Rocket home fixtures, throughout August, as the Rockets bid to reach the Lord's final in September.

The Robin Hood Half Marathon is one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK. It is also the largest charity fundraising event in the City raising over ?330,000 for charity in 2019.
The course itself is great for both seasoned runners and beginners alike. It is a single lap 13.1 mile (21.1km) traffic-free course. The race starts and finishes on Victoria Embankment.
