Dear JOHN,
I am proud to have the endorsement of the Vermont State Employees’ Association.
When state employee and teacher pensions were in jeopardy last year, I spoke out and stood up with our unions against the plan because I believe a pension is a promise.
This is how I will lead in Congress: I will always put Vermont’s working families first. Regardless of party lines and loyalties, I will always do what’s right for our state. I will continue to work with anyone who’s willing to work for Vermont. That means passing the PRO Act and supporting our working families by passing legislation to tackle our workforce, housing and childcare crisis.
In Congress, I will get to work on behalf of unions and working families. But first I have to get there.
This election is just 11 days away. Will you chip in $10, $20 or $30 to help us cross the finish line?
This week, I was proud to secure the individual endorsements of VSEA Pension Task Force Members Leona Watt and Eric Davis. Leona and Eric worked hard at the negotiating table to protect the retirements of Vermont teachers and state employees.
They said: “Molly was courageous, early, and steadfast in her support of state employee and teacher pensions… Without her bold stance against pension cuts, our members would have seen their chance to retire with dignity disappear. She stood with us, and we’re standing with her.
If you agree that we need a fighter for unions in Washington now, will you chip in $10, $20 or $30 to my campaign today?
If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will process now. |
I will always stand on the side of Vermont workers and public employees.
Molly Gray
