[1]Mark Kelly for Senate

Friends —

I’m reaching out today to ask you to support my husband, Mark, so he can hold Arizona’s Senate seat. Please, give me a chance to explain why this is so important.

I know just how hard these campaigns can be. It is not easy at all. National Republicans see people like Mark, who are independent and put their constituents first, as a threat. That’s why we’ve always known that outside groups would come out of the woodwork, spending untold amounts of money to try and take back this Senate seat in 2022.

And then Donald Trump flew to Arizona to hold a rally and said, “Taking America back begins with kicking Mark Kelly the hell out of the United States Senate.” And he’s already endorsed a GOP-extremist in this race who supports a national abortion ban — with no exceptions.

It's clear Trump and National Republicans are ramping up their efforts to beat Mark. So, what can we do about it?

Mark needs our help to fight off these attacks, and the best way to do that is by making sure he reaches his July fundraising goal before his primary election next Tuesday. We can’t afford to fall short. So, what do you say?

If you are able, will you make a donation to Mark’s people-powered campaign? The amount isn’t as important as the donation itself because it’s going to take a lot of people chipping in a few bucks at a time to help reach our July goals.

Mark is working so hard for Arizona in the Senate. To hold this seat, he is going up against far-right extremists and outside groups that will do anything to stop him. That’s why your support, no matter the amount, is greatly appreciated by me, by Mark, and the whole campaign.

Thank you so much,

Gabby Giffords
