Our work isn’t slowing down. This summer, we still have 5 MORE DA races to win.

We are working to elect as many DAs as possible because of how much we need them — especially women.

As you know, conservative states are coming down hard on abortion with Roe out of the way. They might think that will put an end to our fight.

But they are WRONG.

DAs, that you can help protect, are the local leaders who can protect women seeking an abortion by refusing to prosecute. They are a critical line of defense and can protect women’s rights on the ground.

No waiting months for legislation and no depending on federal protections to make their way through the slow, bureaucratic process.

These DA’s can get to work RIGHT NOW. That’s why we are working so hard in just the next 6 weeks to elect 5 more pro-choice, pro-justice DAs who are ready to fight for women who would otherwise be prosecuted, fined — and even jailed — for having an abortion.

Some may tell us we are biting off more than we can chew by supporting this many candidates, but this is what is going to give women across the country the legal protection from anti-choice officials.

We are preparing to get involved in as many races as we can to protect our current DAs already doing the work by refusing to prosecute women and elect more to spread this fight to every corner of the country.

No woman should be sent to JAIL for making a decision about her own body.

And these DAs can ensure that does not happen on their watch.
