Women in Texas shouldn’t have fewer rights than women in Minnesota -- but right now, they do.

The Supreme Court’s outrageous decision overturning Roe v. Wade has left women at the mercy of a patchwork of state laws that restrict their rights to make private healthcare decisions. Since the ruling came down, 20 states have already restricted abortion. To make matters worse, some lawmakers are even proposing legislation to stop women from traveling across state lines to get reproductive care.

John, I will not stand for a world where our daughters and granddaughters have fewer rights than we did -- that’s why I’m going to do everything I can in the Senate to push for the rights of women and girls.

I’ve cosponsored legislation that would protect women who are forced to travel to another state to access the health care they need. And I’m supporting Senate candidates across the country so we can expand our Democratic majority and get the votes to codify Roe v. Wade into law.

I promise that I will never give up on this fight. If you’re not giving up either, I hope you’ll make a contribution today to help power my efforts in the Senate. [[link removed]]
