It’s Jeff Jackson, reaching out today to ask you to support my friend Cheri Beasley.

She has been an incredible public servant in our state for more than two decades, and she will be a fantastic U.S. Senator for all of us.

You can make any list you want of effective things we can do to protect women’s rights, tackle climate change and help working people, and the simple fact is that electing Cheri has to be at the top of that list.

Flipping this seat is the absolute best way we can ensure we get enough votes in the Senate to deliver progress for our families.

So I’m asking you directly: stand with Cheri and stand with me by making a donation of any amount you can to her campaign before her fundraising deadline in 3 days. If we work together, we can build a better future for North Carolina, but it’s going to take all of us.

The choice could not be clearer. Her extreme opponent has proven time and again that he will not fight for you or stand up for North Carolina — from supporting a total ban on abortion to voting against bipartisan legislation to lower costs and strengthen our infrastructure.

And on the other side, you’ve got a true public servant and fighter for North Carolina with Cheri Beasley. She is honest and a straight-shooter, and would do so much good work for us.

You deserve a Senator who will be a voice for your family and who will fight tirelessly for justice. That is the Cheri Beasley I know and admire.

So look, we cannot waste a moment of time. Republican super PACs are already flooding our state with outside money to try and buy this race long before a single person has cast a ballot.

We all need to get to work right now — to come together and build the campaign necessary to win this seat in November.
