The gun safety movement is at a turning point, John: President Biden just signed the most comprehensive gun safety reform in 30 years, the House is set to vote on an assault weapons ban – and we're just getting started.

Ending the gun violence epidemic once and for all is going to take all of us working tirelessly to address all of its forms: We still need to expand and strengthen background checks, pass extreme risk protections, and protect concealed carry laws in states across the country – all life-saving policies that will make our communities safer.

As a gun violence survivor, this fight is deeply personal to me and my partners at Brady. We're one of the only gun safety organizations led by survivors – and we're working across Congress, courts, and communities to end the gun violence epidemic. But we're also a non-profit, meaning our work is fully funded by grassroots supporters like you, John, who are committed to preventing gun violence and saving lives.

That's why I'm coming to you with an urgent request: The ongoing support of committed gun safety activists like you is our best asset in making tangible change. We can't waste our momentum, so I'm personally asking:

Will you make a monthly donation of $25 - or whatever you can spare - and help Brady pass more life-saving legislation? Monthly donations are the best way to power our work year-round and make the change we need in this country.

Thank you so, so much.
