As a Veteran myself, someone who stood shoulder to shoulder with my sailors and Marines in harms way, I'll never understand how politicians can come home and turn their back on our troops... but that's EXACTLY what happened last night.



42 Republican Senators BLOCKED healthcare relief for out Veterans exposed to toxic burn pits.



As the Vice-Chairman of the Veterans Caucus in Florida, I wont give up on our men and women who served. This was a bipartisan bill, it respected their sacrifice for us, and simply gave them the care they needed for what we put them through [[link removed]] . I'm disgusted by Republicans in Congress today.
