Forming human barricades to prevent potential signers from approaching volunteers.

Elected officials engaging in coercion and intimidation.

Publicizing signature collection volunteers' home addresses.

These are just a few of the tactics currently being deployed by the Democrats and their radical activists in order to prevent us from collecting enough signatures by Aug. 24 to ensure that voters will be the ones who decide this fall whether illegal immigrants should be rewarded with a Massachusetts driver's license, and all of the handouts that come with them.

So what did we do? We decided to take Attorney General Maura Healey to federal court for failing to uphold state civil and constitutional rights protecting signature gatherers. We decided to take various elected officials to court for leading a campaign of voter intimidation and targeted harassment.
