Between you and me, John, I've got to keep it straight: The future of our country isn't looking good. 

Mitch McConnell and the GOP need to snatch back just one goddamn seat to take back control of the Senate – and undo all the hard-earned work that upstanding people like Maggie Hassan have fought so hard for in the Senate. 

Here's why I'm most concerned: 

• Maggie won her last election by only 1,017 votes – which means the GOP has a major target.

• They're funnelling $21 MILLION in attack ads against her to make sure they can grab this seat. 

• Maggie is relying on this grassroots movement to come through every step of the way between now and November. 

So please, I'm asking you personally to pull us out of this devastating crossroads our democracy is facing. Please, John, will you rush a gift of $3 right now to protect this seat and keep the Senate blue? Maggie's counting on us, and we've gotta act fast.
