Hope for Federal Border Action Following Migrant Bussing Policy
Per Fox News:
The office of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is hopeful the Biden Administration
will finally take action to address the southern border crisis now that
the governor's migrant bussing policy has brought the issue to their
own backyard. Gov. Abbott spokesperson Renae Eze: "With our nation's
capital now experiencing a fraction of the disaster created by President
Biden's reckless open border policies that our state faces every
single day, maybe he'll finally do his job and secure the border."
Biden Looks Everywhere But Here for Oil
Per Daily Wire:
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis slammed President Biden this week over
nationwide high energy prices, questioning why he is looking everywhere
but the United States to acquire oil. Gov. DeSantis: "We have
opportunities here to be energy independent and not have to worry about
any of these other countries."
No, the Border is Not "Secure"
Per Fox News:
During a recent forum, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas
made a bold claim: "Look, the border is secure." He couldn't be more
out of touch with the reality at the U.S. southern border, as there have
been more than 200,000 migrant encounters a month for the last four
months.
