Not only has Justice Thomas spent decades as one of the most conservative voices on the bench, but he refused to recuse himself from cases concerning the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection – even though he had a conflict of interest.

Now, Justice Thomas just led the charge to OVERTURN Roe v. Wade – and he has threatened to go after everything from the right to birth control to marriage equality in future cases.
