In case you missed it, Kathy Hochul, along with her Democrat allies in Albany, just REFUSED to convene a Special Session to finally overhaul the state’s insane cashless bail law, which is causing chaos on the streets of New York - even after bipartisan calls for action!

This madness has gone on long enough… Yet Hochul would rather look the other way, and aggressively court new members to join her Criminals for Kathy Coalition. It’s disgraceful.

What makes this absolutely pathetic (and purposeful) faceplant from Hochul even worse was that it came on the heels of THIS:

A teenager assaulted and choked an officer in New York City’s subway system… Just days after being released without bail for VIOLENT ROBBERY!

This case represents SO MUCH that is SO WRONG about NY’s criminal justice system: lawless DA Alvin Bragg needs to be removed, cashless bail and “raise the age” need to be overhauled, and qualified immunity must be protected.

Even Democrat New York City Mayor Eric Adams is calling for a change. His quote about the recent assault on an officer: “When I say we’re the laughingstock of the country, this is what I’m talking about.”

It’s true, John - until Kathy Hochul decides to read the writing on the wall and take action, we will continue to remain a laughingstock. She refuses to lead. I will.
