JULY NEWSLETTER

This month began with a violent holiday weekend that saw seven people killed and 47 wounded in the mass shooting at a Fourth of July parade in Highland Park, IL. As it comes to a close, we will mark the anniversaries of earlier tragedies at the Jewish Federation of Seattle, the Gilroy Garlic Festival, and a gathering of friends in Mukilteo. Each of these incidents reminds us why our work is so important. We fight on to honor the victims and survivors with action.

THE ALLIANCE TAKES DC

HCM RESTRICTIONS TAKE EFFECT
Several new gun laws took effect in Washington this month, including measures to restrict high-capacity magazines, prohibit ghost guns, and reject armed intimidation. Read more: [link removed]
