And while NewDems are used to running and winning in Toss Up districts, partisan gerrymandering and voter suppression efforts spearheaded by Republicans over the past year have put us at a disadvantage – plain and simple. This ratings change for Frank Mrvan comes on the heels of two other changes in the wrong direction for NewDems Josh Harder (CA-09) and Susan Wild (PA-07). Like so many NewDems, all of these incumbents are set to square off against extreme Republicans.
