I’m honored to be endorsed today by the North Carolina AFL-CIO. From being raised by a single mom (who often worked two jobs) to working minimum wage jobs myself, I’ve seen firsthand how hard it is for hardworking families to get by. That has to change. 

Instead of electing politicians who focus on the wealthy and special interests, we should elect leaders who will put hardworking North Carolinians first. By investing in high-quality public schools, good-paying jobs with higher wages, and affordable healthcare for everyday North Carolinians, we can create a state where everyone - white, black, or brown - can succeed.

Working families like yours and mine know that we can't do this alone.  Can we count on you with a contribution of $50, $25, or $5?  The only way we all succeed is by coming together to create a better future for our state.
