Dear Friend --
That was quite a news week.
As you know, Congressman Hunter announced last week that he would
plead guilty and resign his seat.
Just three quick updates since the news came down:
- I went on KUSI to
discuss the developments and why I'm the candidate who'll best
represent our district's values - faith, family, and freedom - going
forward.
- Former Senator Joel Anderson, Santee Mayor
John Minto, El Cajon City Councilman Gary
Kendrick, Santee City Councilman Rob
McNelis, Lakeside Water District Board Members Frank
Hilliker and Steve Johnson, and several
others joined the over 30 local elected officials on our
team.
- The association representing every frontline police officer in the
region, Peace Officers Research Association of
California, endorsed our campaign because of my
record supporting the brave men and women of law enforcement who keep
our neighborhoods safe.
We deserve a representative who understands us and shares our
values.
As the only Republican candidate who lives in the district, has
raised my family here, and has defended our district’s values in local
politics for almost twenty years, I'm ready to fight for you!
Will you help us make it happen by making a contribution?
Thank you for your support!
Sincerely,
Senator Brian W. Jones ElectBrianJones.com
