Carissa here, campaign manager for Democrat Hillary Scholten in West Michigan. I have some troubling news to share: the Congressional Leadership Fund, the super PAC run by House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, is breaking its own fundraising records — right now, it has raised more than it ever has at this point in the election cycle.
