Joe Biden and his corrupt administration tried to ILLEGALLY rewrite Title IX! Not only did they try and force our girls to compete against biological males…But they even called for banning sex-separate showers and locker rooms!
I led the charge to STOP this unlawful overreach and WON! Now it is on record that the federal government has NO RIGHT to recreate the law and force women to compete against trans men!

Earlier this year, the KY General Assembly passed SB83 to protect the integrity of women’s sports in Kentucky.
The bill was unfortunately vetoed by Governor Andy Beshear, but the veto was overridden by the General Assembly.
As Attorney General I have pledged to defend the law in court. And as Governor, know that I will ALWAYS be a Governor who protects the integrity of women's sports.
It’s clear that the Left will stop at nothing to get their woke, socialist dream. Even if it means jeopardizing decades of progress for women… But I will never stop fighting, John.
