I’m Republicans’ number one target, John. 

In a moment, I’m going to explain what it really means to be at the top of the GOP’s list of targets. But first, I have to ask if you’ll help me respond to the attacks that are already being levied against me with a grassroots donation of $5 or whatever you can.

It also means that everyone from Steve Bannon to my Republican opponent and her right-wing backers recognize that if we lose VA-02, Democrats will lose their chance of holding our razor-thin House majority.

That’s why we must meet every single fundraising goal from now until November to correct the record and ensure voters know who’s really fighting for them in Washington.
