The chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee had this to say to Congressman Bishop: "retire or lose."

While there may be a lot of uncertainty going into November, there’s one thing that’s for sure: Congressman Bishop is a proven leader for Middle and Southwest Georgia, and is ready to continue delivering results for the people of this district.

As for losing…there’s no doubt this race is competitive, but if we all chip in, we’ll ensure our campaign has the resources to win in November and prove the NRCC chairman WRONG.

If we’re going to win in November, we’re going to have to talk to every voter, canvass every neighborhood, and organize everywhere. And to do that, we have to reach our July fundraising goal so that we have the funds to execute unprecedented levels of outreach.
