Last week Governor Gavin Newsom signed AB 2244 (Wicks) into law!

This bill would make it easier for churches, mosques, synagogues, and other faith-based institutions to build stable, affordable homes for their communities, by allowing a reduction of up to 50% of religious-use parking spaces in ground-up developments combining new religious institution facilities with new housing.
