The media is reporting that House Democrats have rescheduled their planned hearing on HR 1808 to sometime in August.

Our sources tell us that Pelosi yanked the bill from consideration today due to moderates threatening to kill it. 

This is a huge victory and proof that your emails and donations have kept this gun ban from coasting to passage.  

However, it appears that Pelosi isn't giving up entirely on this draconian bill. And the House Rules Committee is likely to revisit HR 1808.

That's why we're encouraging you and your fellow supporters of FPC to continue opposing HR 1808 until it is officially dead.

Send your Representative another email and make sure they know a "NO" vote is required when HR 1808 returns.
