The United States and large swaths of Europe are suffering record
heatwaves and unprecedented wildfires. More than one thousand people have
died, and tens of thousands more have been evacuated from their homes.
French authorities have called it the "heat apocalypse."

We are at a crossroads. We can either accept record temperatures and
intensifying climate disasters as the new normal...
... or we can resolve to organize, take on the fossil fuel industry, and
fight for climate solutions together.
Even with these clear climate-driven disasters unfolding, the Senate is
not moving on climate action. Despite record temperatures, President Biden
has not yet declared a climate emergency.
So we must take action ourselves. Are you in?
