Brian Fitzpatrick likes to paint himself as a “moderate” Republican willing to work across the aisle, when in fact, PA-01’s Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick sent a signed letter to Governor Wolf casting doubt on the legitimacy of the 2020 election after it was confirmed Trump lost.

But that’s not all of it. Let us remind you that Fitzpatrick voted against:

❌ Articles of impeachment twice
❌ Formation of the bipartisan Jan. 6 committee
❌ Holding Mark Meadows in contempt
❌ The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act — legislation to give security teams violence prevention resources

Let’s be clear: there is nothing moderate about casting doubt on the results of a free and fair election. And anyone who doesn't outright condemn the actions of Trump and those who worked to undermine our democracy is on their side.
