Hi john — In a minute, I’m going to ask you to split a contribution between my friend Senator Jacky Rosen’s campaign and ours. But first, I hope you will give me a chance to explain why this request is so important.

Nevada elections are always close. I won my last election by just a few thousand votes. Democrats in our state have to stick together in order to keep Nevada blue, especially in the face of Republican attacks. 

The GOP is working overtime to make voting in our state harder — not easier. These threats to our democracy are dangerous, and will also make it even harder for Jacky and I to win re-election. 

That’s why I’m asking this grassroots team to have both of our backs. We’ll need your support to build on the progress we’ve been making for Nevada families, and we can’t afford to slow down now.
