We’re so excited to have her on our team

Hi John,

I’m delighted to welcome Ariana Amini to the NIAC team as our inaugural Congressional Fellow!

Ariana was compelled to apply to our Congressional Fellowship because of how much she learned and connected with the political advocacy and grassroots work she's done with NIAC in various roles for the past few years. Pursuing this fellowship felt like the natural next step in her personal and professional aspirations, as someone who is passionate about representing the global Iranian community. Ariana wants to fully immerse herself in the world of public service to learn even more.

She will start working in a Congressional office this fall. We know that she’ll make a meaningful impact and learn so much no matter the office. There, she will learn the ins and outs of working on the Hill and get a kickstart to her career in politics.

With the skills she will gain during our fellowship, Ariana hopes to pursue a future career in law to work directly with people of various backgrounds, know and understand their stories, and advocate for their needs and interests to the best of her ability.

We are able to host the Congressional Fellowship through NIAC Academies, which is funded by contributions from supporters like you. Can you chip in today to help us invest in the next generation of Iranian-American leaders?
