Kevin McCarthy has raised over $50 million in the past six months. $124 million this election cycle alone. It’s a veritable Republican money spigot. And it’s not turning off.

Not only that, but he’s dished out $44 million to the GOP’s House campaign arm, over $12 million to Republican candidates, and another $5.6 million to state GOP parties to fuel Republican campaigns across the nation.

Republicans’ fundraising totals are significant. At the Trump Hotel in Washington, McCarthy raised $9.5 million in a single evening.

These numbers alone should jolt Democrats into high gear, John. At the rate McCarthy is fundraising, we can’t afford to slow down. That’s why I’m hoping we can generate as many grassroots donations over the next 24 hours as possible — to counter McCarthy’s fundraising and protect our majority in every single competitive district.
