On July 27-28, our partner the Reagan Institute's Center for Civics, Education, and Opportunity (CCEO ([link removed]) ), will host the Reagan Institute Summit on Education (RISE) ([link removed]) , a two-day virtual and in-person summit to address the health of education in the United States.

This year's program theme is Networked: The Quest for Connectivity and will include a panel with The Hunt Institute's President and CEO Dr. Javaid Siddiqi, CEO of TNTP Dr. Tequilla Brownie, and CEO of the National Math and Science Initiative Dr. Bernard A. Harris (moderated by our own Dr. Ashlee Louise Canty, Director of Equity Initiatives at The Hunt Institute).

[link removed] August, Cohort 8 of our Hunt-Kean Leadership Fellows will convene for the second time to hear from resource experts and panelists on topics of educator workforce and higher education.

The Hunt-Kean Leadership Fellows program – unlike any other Fellowship in the nation – provides political leaders from across the country with the knowledge they need to cultivate smart and effective education agendas. The curriculum is designed to equip Fellows and their staff with the knowledge, relationships, and inspiration they need to engage in critical conversations about equity and lead on education.
