A new report shows that at least eighteen Ohio companies pay their CEO more than 100 times what they pay their median worker. These CEOs make an average of more than $14.5 million per year while their workers make a median of only $66,000.

This growing chasm between the staggering sums CEOs take home and what most workers earn is unacceptable. It's time for a change.

In the state senate, Democrats will fight to cut workers in on the deal.
