The closing arguments have been delivered in the Fair Fight Action v. Raffensperger case, drawing the historic trial to an end. We stand with the people of Georgia as we anticipate a ruling in our case ahead of the upcoming November General Election.

The Fair Fight Action v. Raffensperger trial was the longest running federal voting rights trial in the Eleventh Circuit on record. And since day one, our case has always been about giving Georgia voters the opportunity to have their day in court. We’ve done exactly that: presenting testimony from 50 witnesses including voters and would-be voters, legal experts, and current and former state elections officials.

During our trial that stretched over two and a half months, we presented substantial documentary evidence to illustrate the burdens Georgia voters face at every stage of the voting process, and how those burdens result from the suppressive practices of the Georgia Secretary of State and the State Election Board.

Your support helps Fair Fight Action hold proponents of anti-voter policies and practices accountable. If you’re able, can you please chip in $20 or anything you can right now to continue our fight to protect the vote and strengthen our democracy? [[link removed]]

Let’s be clear: any landscape that makes it harder for people to register, stay registered, and vote does not serve Georgia voters. The Fair Fight Action team will continue fighting to protect the freedom to vote for all Georgians. And we’re committed to continue putting real voters at the center of our conversations to highlight the reality they face. All eligible voters should have their voices heard.

Our lawsuit has served as an opportunity to achieve real change on behalf of voters across the state of Georgia who face obstacles trying to exercise their right to vote. And through the evidence brought to light through our trial, it’s clear: voter suppression continues to happen today. But Fair Fight Action and our allies will not stand by. We will continue to fight to protect Georgians’ freedom to vote on every front.

Our organization would not be able to do this important work without your support. Can you chip in $20 or anything you can to help power our mission to ensure free and fair elections in Georgia and across the country? [[link removed]]

Thank you for everything. Your support during this moment means so much.

In solidarity,

The Fair Fight Action Team
