Last September, I asked you to join me in supporting a slate of pro-choice, pro-science Democrats running in Georgia.

Today, the stakes are even higher. A federal court just ruled that Georgia's "heartbeat" bill can go into effect, essentially banning all abortions after six weeks -- but before many people know they are pregnant.

Most of us believe that we should get to make our own decisions about when and how we start or expand our families -- and most of us believe that power-hungry politicians should have no place in those decisions.

With Roe gone, we must fight back at the state level, which is why I'm urging you to support three pro-choice, pro-science women running for Attorney General and the state legislature.

The time is now to support pro-choice champions who will fight these new, harmful restrictions with everything they've got! Can you join me in splitting $25 or any amount between Jen Jordan, Dr. Michelle Au, and Dr. Jasmine Clark, Georgians who believe in science and will fight for our rights?

We all know that these GOP-backed laws don’t stop abortions -- they stop safe abortions.

We know that in places with abortion restrictions, people still risk their safety and health to terminate pregnancies, leading to injuries, destitution, and death.

Make no mistake: There’s nothing “pro-life” about abortion bans.

The need for pro-choice champions -- and elected officials who believe in science -- has never been greater.
