Gun violence has taken the lives of our children, our parents, and our neighbors at alarming rates. The passage of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act shows us that change is possible and we must not sit back and watch as our communities are ravaged. We can prevent gun violence before it begins through funding of community violence intervention programs and thoughtful legislation. 

But we need your help! It’s election season, and that means we each have the power to demand more from our elected officials and have our voices heard.

Join us for one of our free trainings on how to leverage the power of personal relationships through the Empower App. This is one of the most effective ways that we as an organization can contribute to an election. The trainings will be on July 27th at 12pm (EDT) and July 28th at 7pm, each with the same curriculum - so choose the training that best fits your schedule! Each will be led by Mayte Aldrett, an expert in using the app for electoral organizing. It will last about an hour and we'll send you a recording if you can't make it.
