John — Last year, I emailed you to share the good news that Colorado was tied for first for the state with the fewest shark attacks.
So now, as we kick off Shark Week I wanted to share an important update. And that update is that Colorado has once again had zero shark attacks so far in 2022.
This is welcome news, John. We remain the best place in the nation to live if, like me, you prefer not to be attacked by sharks.
But here’s the problem: it turns out many voters don’t know that Colorado is faring so much better than other states when it comes to shark attacks. And we need to get the message out — not only about my strong record on shark safety, but on issues like creating affordable housing, saving people money on health care, and protecting our planet from climate change.
