In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s ruling in West Virginia v. EPA, it is more important than ever to take bold climate action.

That’s why LBR and 174 other House Democrats sent a letter urging the Senate to reach a deal on climate provisions in the budget reconciliation bill. Will you sign our petition and tell the Senate to act now on climate change?

Since the conservative justices of the Supreme Court have uprooted the EPA’s power to enforce environmental regulations, we need congressional action to lead the way on climate change.

This is our biggest opportunity for climate action in years. Right now, we have the opportunity to make key investments in clean energy and build a green economy that would not only address the climate crisis, but also create good-paying jobs and help lower the cost of living.

But we're running out of time this year to act. The Senate must pass this reconciliation bill in the next few weeks or else it loses the authority to do so. And since Republicans refuse to even consider climate investments in this bill, we need all 50 Democrats on board. That's why all of our voices are important.

So please, click here to urge the Senate to pass this bill and invest in a clean energy future →
