BREAKING FROM WASHINGTON:
After overturning Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court just agreed to hear a case that could give far-right legislators TOTAL control of elections.

Team: The ultra-conservative majority has been on a dangerous rampage, issuing ruling after ruling and pushing their far-right agenda. They've attacked our right to abortion, they've undermined our ability to fight the climate crisis, they've limited states' power to curb gun violence – and they're just getting started.

Now, the Supreme Court is set to rule on a case that could give right-wing legislators FULL control of elections in their states – superseding state courts AND state constitutions. This dangerous, radical reading of the law could have terrible consequences for our democracy, destroy our system of checks and balances, and even OVERTURN THE POPULAR VOTE. 

If that's not enough to cause concern, this is the same exact legal theory that Trump pushed when he tried to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Once again, the highest court in our country is pushing fringe theories that are out of touch with both the broader legal community and the American public. 

If we don't take action to restore integrity and reason to the Supreme Court, this will become our new normal – with untold consequences for our country.
