Earlier this year, the KY General Assembly passed SB83 to protect the integrity of women’s sports in Kentucky.
The bill was unfortunately vetoed by Governor Andy Beshear, but the veto was overridden by the General Assembly.
As your Attorney General I have pledged to defend the law in court. And as your Governor, know that I will ALWAYS be a Governor who protects the integrity of women's sports.
