This is big, John: the Cook Political Report has downgraded its House forecast for Republicans, saying that they will not pick up as many seats as previously predicted. That’s because of increasing Democratic momentum in key toss-up districts like ours — in fact, MI-03 was listed by experts as “Exhibit A” in the Republican forecast update.
