After their slate of losses before the Supreme Court, Democrats in the Senate are now openly talking about packing the court with four new justices. We have to stop progressives from packing the Supreme Court.
Kelly has been standing up for the integrity of the court in Congress. As he recently pointed out, the Supreme Court’s primary job since 1803 has been to review and settle disputes over the constitutionality of our nation’s laws. Their responsibility isn’t to act as a rubber stamp for the progressive agenda.
But because Democrats have confused their agenda with the “health of democracy”, they believe that the Court’s unwillingness to prop up blatantly unconstitutional progressive proposals is a sign that the Court is a danger to the country.
