Earlier this month we announced that the Massachusetts Teachers Association was endorsing Shannon for Attorney General.

Now we’re proud to say that Shannon also has the support of the American Federation of Teachers backing her.

Here’s what AFT Massachusetts President Beth Kontos said about why they’re supporting Shannon:

“Shannon Liss-Riordan has been a true champion for working people her entire career, from taking on Big Tech in court, to recovering millions in stolen wages for low-income workers. We know that as Attorney General, she will stand up against predatory student lenders, education privatizers, and other special interests who want to take advantage of our communities.”
