Mississippi hasn’t seen a Democratic Senator since the early 1980s. But in 2018, when Mike Espy was up against right-wing candidate Cindy Hyde-Smith in a special election with limited resources, he ran the closest Senate race in the state since 1982.

Mississippi may be a red state — but recent Democratic victories in Louisiana and Kentucky prove we have what it takes to win in the reddest areas as long as we compete.

That’s why Mike is running again. And this time, I believe he’s going to win — but only with our help. So, I’m asking:

Will you split a contribution between Mike Espy’s campaign and our work to take back the majority in 2020? Democrats only need four seats to flip Senate control, and Mississippi could be one of them. Anything you can give will go a long way.
