Friend — This month the Supreme Court is set to hear arguments in a blockbuster case that could be the biggest threat to reproductive freedom since Roe v. Wade. Just today they made a decision to allow a draconian Kentucky abortion law to stand, showing us that the Court is not a friend to reproductive freedom. The pending Louisiana abortion case — which would leave the state with only one doctor in a single clinic authorized to provide abortions - may set a dangerous precedent which could be used to roll back access to abortion and other reproductive healthcare in states across the nation. We must fight to keep abortion safe and legal and ensure access to reproductive healthcare for everyone. Help us show our solidarity by adding your name to our human rights petition today. →
We know attempts to rollback reproductive rights are particularly harmful for our more marginalized communities, like low-income women, women of color, and transgender people. We must stand in solidarity with them and ensure their most basic rights are upheld.
